At BT, I contributed to the creation of a comprehensive global design system used across multiple teams and products. The goal was to bring consistency, efficiency, and clarity to a vast ecosystem of digital experiences — from consumer journeys to internal tools.

Working closely with designers and engineers, I helped define reusable components, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and documentation that scaled across the organisation. This foundation enabled teams to ship faster and more predictably, without sacrificing quality.
